Starting with a free consultation, our service packages are customized for the convenience of our clients.  Custom services, to include keyholding, are available at an additional charge.  You can also choose how often you would like an inspector to check your home.  If you have any additional requests regarding your home, just let us know and we can add your requests to your checklist.  We believe that your peace of mind is our top priority, and we will do our best to ensure your property is cared for just as you would do for yourself.  Let us know how we can help!

Exterior Package

Includes:

  • Visual inspection and walk of property

  • Removal of fliers and pamphlets from entryway

  • Collection of delivered newspapers and mail (as necessary)

  • Check for signs of vandalism

  • Check for signs of storm damage

  • Water outdoor plants (if requested)

  • Check that any contracted work is done

  • Ensure all doors and windows are secure

  • Visual inspection of pool/spa area

  • Status report sent to homeowner

Interior Package (includes Exterior)

Includes:

  • Visual inspection and walk of interior property

  • Check for signs of forced entry

  • Ensure all windows and doors are secured  

  • Ensure all alarms work properly

  • Check for any signs of storm damage

  • Confirm refrigerator and freezer are still running properly

  • Staged lighting rotations

  • Verify HVAC operation

  • Water indoor plants

  • Check for rodents or pests

  • Check for signs of any leaks 

  • Run sinks and flush toilets to verify operation

  • Pull out/in trash cans if necessary

  • Status report sent to homeowner

Bright Bedroom

Keyholding

We understand that people have busy schedules and cannot always be present for routine maintenance and  service calls at their homes.  Hill Country Home Watch Service can be available to answer alarms or let in repairmen, housekeeping, or any scheduled appointment on an on-going basis.  We keep keys in a secure location and they are coded to protect our clients' information.  Keyholding is available for a monthly fee.  Contact us for more information.

Home Concierge/Liaison Service

We believe that coming home from an absence should be an anticipated part of your trip. We can see that your fridge and pantry are stocked and ready for your arrival upon your request.  A list must be provided.

 

We can also act as your liaison with other service providers at your home.  Home concierge and liaison services are billed at an hourly rate.
